As coffee is a perishable food product, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind or taste preference. However, we stand behind our product quality and will work with you to resolve any issues.
If your coffee arrives damaged or with broken packaging, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
If you receive coffee that appears spoiled, has an unusual odor, or shows signs of contamination, we will replace it at no cost.
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
